Wrong flange size happens to everyone. Here is how it gets fixed.
Returns follow the policy of the retail partner that fulfilled your order — across the major networks that means roughly 30 days from delivery to send an item back for a refund to your original payment method. The countdown and the paperwork both live on the partner’s order page.
Anything that touches milk or skin — collection cups, valves, flange inserts, storage bottles, the massager, baby tableware — is accepted back only with its hygiene seal intact. This is not bureaucracy; it is the same rule that guarantees the sealed product you receive has never been opened by anyone else. Unsure about a flange size? Check the sizing guidance on the product page before breaking the seal, or ask us first.
Warmers and the thermostatic bowl may be opened and inspected — plugging in a warmer does not void the window. If one misbehaves within the return period, the partner takes it back as faulty; past that period, write to us, because manufacturer support may still apply.
Retail networks process an exchange as two events: the return of the first item and a new order for the second. Counterintuitively, that is the quick way — your replacement flange or second warmer ships at once instead of waiting for the returned box to arrive and clear inspection.
Photograph the carton and the item before anything goes in the bin, then report it on the partner’s order page within their damage window — typically the first week. Damaged-on-arrival claims are replaced outright, and the photos make it a five-minute process instead of a debate.
Any return that feels stuck — a form that will not submit, a refund past its promised date — goes faster with us involved. Send the order number to [email protected] and we will lean on the right desk.
